a. Haines Senior Village is an apartment complex built around the needs of senior citizens who are capable of living independently.  Each occupant must be at least 55 years old and must maintain the ability to live independently for the duration of their residence at the Village.

b. Independent Living means being able to move about, being alert, physically and mentally capable of self care
